The AUEET (Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test) is known to be a university-level entrance exam conducted by the Andhra University. This exam takes place once a year to facilitate admissions for youngsters into various colleges under this university for Undergraduate engineering program.  The AUEET has been designed to assess a candidate’s aptitude and academic proficiency to further pursue engineering in their higher education. This exam in general serves as a gateway for those candidates who aspires to pursue specialized engineering courses such as – B. Tech, dual degree programs, etc., which are offered by the university.

The AUEET is recognized for its rigorous selection process and its role in maintaining high academic standards within Andhra University’s engineering disciplines. Candidates giving outstanding performances are given the opportunity to not only specialize in their chosen field but are also awarded with great infrastructure and research options. This exam aims to assess a candidate by following a certain exam pattern. The exam contains a total of 100 questions including both objective and multiple-choice-based. The question paper will be divided into three sections – Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.

AUEET 2026 Online Registration:

AUEET is conducted by the Andhra University which is a public university recognized by the UGC and has also accredited with an “A” grade by NAAC. This exam is for those aspirants who are seeking admission to the following programs listed below.

  • 6-year Integrated Dual Degree (B. Tech + M. Tech) programs.
  • 4-year Standard B. Tech programs available at Andhra University College of Engineering.

AUEET 2026 Notification:

AUEET 2026 online application submissions is expected to start in the last week of March 2026. The last date for the submission of online application will continue till 3rd or 4th week of April 2026 without late fee. However, candidates will be provided with an extension till 1st or 2nd week of May 2026 but with late fee. AUEET Exam will be conducted on 1st or 2nd week of May 2026.

AUEET 2026 Application Form:

  1. The application process conducted by the Andhra University is done through online mode only.
  2. Candidates willing to take part in this exam are required to visit the official AUEET website to begin with the application process.
  3. Before filling out the application form, candidates will be required to register themselves in the official portal.
  4. Candidates are then required to fill in the application form with accurate details of information regarding personal and academic details.
  5. Aspirants need to upload scanned copies of essential documents, including a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and relevant certificates such as Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and category certificates if applicable.
  6. Once the application form is filled correctly, candidates will be required to pay the application fee online through various payment gateways (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking). The application fee will be non-refundable.
  7. Candidates are required to keep a print/Xerox of the application form for their future references.
  8. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be accepted, and candidates must ensure all details are correct before final submission.

AUEET 2026 Application Process:

Requirements:

  1. Candidates must have a valid email id and phone number for ease of communication.
  2. Candidates will be required to provide their personal and academic details.
  3. Candidates will have to provide with a recent photograph in JPEG format with size not more than 150 KB).

Steps to Apply for AUEET 2026:

Online Mode:

  • Candidates need to visit the official Andhra University website and locate the AUEET application form link.
  • Candidates need to first register by providing basic details such as name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and other personal information to create login credentials.
  • To complete the registration and to proceed with the application process, candidates need to pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card, or net banking. The fee varies by category and is non-refundable.
  • After successful payment, candidates will be able to fill out the application form with accurate personal, academic, and contact details, including the preferred exam city.
  • Candidates will then be required to upload scanned documents such as a recent passport-size photograph and signature, ensuring they meet the official specifications.
  • Candidates are advised to review all entered information carefully before final submission, as corrections are generally not allowed after submission.
  • After submitting the application form candidates should download or print the confirmation page for future reference.

AUEET 2026 Eligibility Criteria:

6 Year Integrated Program (B. Tech + M. Tech):

  • Candidates must have qualified the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized State or Central Board.
  • Candidates should have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a vocational subject in the qualifying examination.
  • Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved categories).
  • For B. Tech (Lateral Entry), candidates must have qualified a diploma examination in any branch of engineering and technology from a recognized institute, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
  • 85% of seats are generally reserved for local candidates from specified districts under Andhra University jurisdiction, as per the Government of Andhra Pradesh’s reservation policy.
  • The reservation policy for SC/ ST/ BC/ EWS/ CAP/ PWD/ NCC/ Sports categories is followed as per state government norms.
  • Candidates with valid scores in JEE Main, JEE Advanced, Karnataka CET, or COMEDK are also eligible to apply.

AUEET 2026 Exam Pattern:

  1. The exam will consist of 100 questions which will be MCQ (Multiple-Choice-Questions) and objective based.
  2. The mode of exam will be offline with pen and paper format in OMR sheet.
  3. The exam will consist of three sections – Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
  4. The duration for the test will be of 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes).
  5. There will be no negative marking for incorrect or un attempted questions. 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer.
  6. Syllabus is aligned with 11th and 12th grade subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  7. The medium of language will be in English only.

AUEET 2026 Admit Card:

  1. Candidates will be provided with admit cards few days prior to the AUEET 2026 exam through the official website of Andhra University.
  2. Admit card is mandatory hence without this document no candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam.
  3. Candidates will be able to download their hall tickets/admit cards from the official website – andhrauniversity.edu.in or aueet.audoa.in by providing their application number and date of birth.

The AUEET 2026 syllabus is based on the 11th and 12th standard curriculum and covers three main subjects – Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Scholarship Details:

There will be scholarship opportunities for candidates appearing in AUEET 2026 and for admission in Andhra University. The scholarships are primarily merit-based, need-based, and category-based. Following is the list of some of the scholarship which can be availed by the candidates from this university.

  • Merit Scholarships:Students scoring 90% or above in both Class 10 and 12 are eligible for a 25% tuition fee waiver.
  • Sports Scholarships:Candidates who have represented at the national or international level and have at least 60% in Class 10 and 12 can receive a 20% tuition fee reduction.

Category-Based Scholarships:

  • SC/ST students with 75% or above in Class 10th and 12th are eligible for a 25% tuition fee reduction.
  • Differently-abled students and those with Karnataka domicile may also receive fee benefits.

Government Scholarships: Andhra University offers Merit Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare Scholarships supported by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

  • Other Financial Aid:Additional scholarships such as the BTH Merit Scholarship and various national and private scholarships are also available.

Candidates must fulfil the specific eligibility criteria for each scholarship categories mentioned above and may need to apply separately through the university or respective government portals. There is no provision for free seats, but these scholarships can significantly reduce the tuition fee burden for deserving candidates.

AUEET 2026 Results:

AUEET 2026 results will be announced by the Directorate of Andhra University latest by the last week of May 2026, i.e. shortly after the AUEET 2026 exam is conducted in early May 2026. Candidates will be able to access their results in the official website – audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in. No physical copies or alternative modes of result declaration will be provided as everything will be in online mode.

Candidates will be provided with preliminary answer keys on the very next day of the exam. Candidates will then be able to challenge those answer keys for the next two days if they have any objections and the final answer keys will be released after 3 – 4 days.

AUEET 2026 Selection Process:

  • AUEET Result Declaration:Candidates who appear for the AUEET 2026 exam will receive their ranks based on performance.
  • Counselling Registration:Qualified candidates will be required to register online for the counselling process on the official AUEET
  • Payment of Counselling Fee:After registration, candidates need to pay the required counselling fee through the specified online payment methods.
  • Choice Filling and Locking:Candidates can select and lock their preferred colleges and courses during the choice filling window.
  • Seat Allotment:Seats are allotted to the candidates based on their rank, preferences, and reservation policies. Mock results may also be published before final allotment.
  • Reporting and Document Verification:Allotted candidates need to report to the assigned institute, verify their documents, and pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.

AUEET 2026 Instructions:

  1. Candidates should upload their photograph in the portal which is clearly visible.
  2. Candidates need to carry the admit card/hall ticket to the exam centre. Candidates will be prohibited from entering the exam hall without this document.
  3. Candidates will also be required to carry a valid ID proof such as – Voter ID Card/ Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License, etc.
  4. It is advisable for all candidates to enter the designated exam hall before time for a smooth security process before the beginning of exam.
  5. Any candidate violating the rules will be strictly dealt as per the norms of the exam centre.
  6. Any candidate pursuing any unfair means in the exam hall will be dealt with as per the rules and regulations of the test centre.
