Every year, the Symbiosis Entrance Test, or SET, is held to grant admission to a variety of undergrad programs. This university-level test is required for admission to programs in engineering, design, law, and other fields. Exam administration for this test is handled by Symbiosis International University.

The Symbiosis SET 2024 Exam will take place in May 2024. The application procedure for SET 2024 will open in the third week of December 2023 and end in the third week of April 2024. Applicants can download their admit card in April or May of 2024.

SET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech, B.A.LL.B, BBA.LL.B, BA LLB (Hons.) & BBA LLB (Hons.), BBA, BBA (IT), B.Sc Economics (Hons.), Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Liberal Arts & Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) Liberal Arts, and B.Des are among the undergraduate courses offered by SET. The eligibility requirements for several courses are listed below, under SET 2024. Applicants can see the requirements for the course for which they are applying.

Nationality:

• Candidates who identify as Indian, Non-Resident Indian (NRI), Foreign National (FN), OCI, or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) may be admitted.
• OCI, PIO, and foreign nationals are required to apply through the Symbiosis Center for International Education and are not required to appear on the SET exams.

Qualification Criteria:

B.Tech-  

• The qualifying examination (12^th) must be passed at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).
• Good score in an entrance examination like SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test), JEE-Main or MHT-CET conducted in the year 2023.

BA LLB & BBA LLB-

• Pass the 10+2 exam in just one attempt with at least 45% of the possible points (40% for SC/ST candidates).
• Candidates who have taken the 12th grade exam and are awaiting their results may also apply, provided that they present their passing certificate at the time of admission.

BBA-

• Completed XII or an equivalent course in any discipline with at least 50% of the possible points (45% for SC/ST students).
• The Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE) of Symbiosis International University handles admissions for all international students.
• Candidates who appear may also apply.

B.Sc (Economics)-

• Pass 10+2 with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST category candidates).

B.A (Mass Communication) /B.Des/B.A, B.Sc (Liberal arts), B.Sc (Culinary arts), BBA(IT)/BCA-

• Passed the State Board of Technical Education-recognized 10+2 (or diploma in the 10+3) education pattern in any subject.
• Minimum Marks: To be eligible for admission, candidates must receive at least 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying test.

SET 2024 Application Process

Registration form of Symbiosis ST 2024 will be made available from the third week of December 2023. Application form will be available to fill till third week of April 2024.

Steps of SET 2024 Application form-

• Check out the official website.
• After selecting "Register," enter your basic information.
• Note down the user ID that the system generated.
• Enter your password and user ID to log in now.
• In the application form, provide the requested information about the exam and the institute you wish to apply to.
• Upload a scanned copy of your signature and passport-sized color photo.
• You can pay the registration fee offline or online.
• Print the application form, then save it for later use.

SET 2024 Admit card

The Symbiosis SET 2024 Results will be made available online. In the fourth week of May 2024.  Those who successfully appeared in the exam will be able to view their results. By entering their application number or birthdate, candidates can verify their results.
